World Of Work
My mom previously worked as a Realtor. She is going to school now. My
grandpa worked as an aerospace engineer. He is retired now. My dad works as a
web developer, cryptocurrency investment assistant, exopolitician, community
council member, and Ubuntu community developer. Ubuntu means a quality that
includes the essential human virtues; compassion and humanity. My Uncle Charles
is a handyman, and he is going to school currently. Natalie, my sister is going to
4th grade currently. My Step dad, Cris’s job is in programming. My uncle, Uncle
Charles, enjoys making things as a handyman. Cris enjoys programming. My Mom
enjoys going to school. My Dad enjoys doing his work because he loves to help
people. Natalie tolerates and enjoys going to school at the same time. I don't want
to emulate any of my relatives, I just want to be myself and do my own things
when it comes to work.
I think it’s possible to like work. I think that because many in my family like
to do work. Some like to do work because they like to help people, like my dad and
mom. Some do it because they like to build or make things, like my uncle who
builds as a handyman. Some like to do it just for fun, like Don, my uncle who died.
He volunteered for the organization, Habitat for Humanity, and was a volunteer
tutor in physics. Some do work for social reasons like my friends Caily and Kate’s
moms, who like to go volunteering to help in class for social reasons. Almost
