PIE IN THE SKY<br />

We’re nearing the end of autumn, which is when my<br />

love for pizza increases tenfold. Pizza by the slice is<br />

one of my favourite indulgences, particularly when<br />

one piece actually equals two regular-sized slices.<br />

There’s a new place in town to feed your pizza<br />

cravings, Alligator Pizza in Riccarton (122 Riccarton<br />

Road). The small shop makes large Neo-Neapolitan/<br />

New York style pizza from mostly local and Italian<br />

ingredients. Think simple flavours available from the<br />

cabinet or whole pies to go.<br />
