Parkland Farmer’s Market<br />

<strong>November</strong> 5, 19, 9am to 1pm<br />

The market, 8350 Ranch Road, Parkland,<br />

features fresh and organic vegetables, fruit,<br />

herbs, flowers, breads, pastries, and a variety<br />

of jams, honey, and more. On <strong>November</strong> 19,<br />

there will be a craft fair also. All are welcome,<br />

even dogs.<br />

The Southern Handcraft Society of Coral<br />

The Garden Club of Coral Springs meets on<br />

the second Thursday of the month, October<br />

through May. On <strong>November</strong> 9 there will be a<br />

field trip to Swank Speciality Produce, Hydro<br />

NaturalFarm - Local Harvest in Loxahatchee.<br />

We will sample veggies along the way as we<br />

walk through the gardens.<br />

Join the City’s<br />

annual Veterans Day Ceremony at Veterans<br />

Park, 8601 Royal Palm Blvd., Coral Springs.<br />

Wear patriotic colors and support those<br />

who served our country. The ceremony will<br />

include speeches by veterans and politicians,<br />

a 21-gun salute, placing of wreath, raising of<br />

the military and United States flags. For more<br />
