MONTHLY GIVEAWAY
The winner of the Parklander’s November giveaway will receive the book The Nazi
Titanic by Robert P. Watson.
At the start of Word War II, the luxury liner Cap Arcona was transformed into
a floating Nazi barracks. In time, the ship
became a concentration camp. The ship was
attacked and sunk, killing more than 4,000
prisoners; only 350 survived. The death toll
on the Cap Arcona was three times that of
those who died on the Titanic. The story
tells how this disaster happened and how it
was pushed aside in history.
To win the giveaway, find The Nazi
Titanic icon hidden somewhere other
than this page. Send an email to editor@
theparklander.com, including your name,
address, telephone, and email address.
Please type “November Giveaway” in
the subject line and send your entry
by November10 th to be eligible to win.
Congratulations to Edna Varela of Margate who won
