2018 Cecil County Fair Stall Request Form
These forms are to be used for all Cecil County Fair Horse Shows except Horse Herdsman
Rules:
1. Stalls will be available at 5pm the day before your show & must be vacated within 1 hour of your last class.
2. Stalls will be available during the fair. Please stop by the secretary’s booth or text (410)920-0257.
3. The stall chart will be emailed by 7/20 & will be posted in kiosk on your left as you drive towards the barns (after you’ve turned right towards the horse barns).
4. All stalls must be cleaned prior to your departure. If your stall(s) are not cleaned prior to your departure you WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT the rider’s PREMIUMS & STALL DEPOSIT FEE.
5. Group reservations use the group form on the next page. Individual reservations use the individual form on this page.
6. All stall reservations must be accompanied by a separate $25 refundable check. This check will only be refunded by a member of the CCF Horse Show committee upon visual approval of the
stall.
7. Entries & coggins must be mailed to Jane Lloyd unless otherwise noted on the specific shows’
form (see show entry form for Jane Lloyd’s address)

Stall Fees: All stalls require a refundable deposit check.
Weekly (Friday 7/20 – Saturday 7/28) = $110.00 per stall plus a $25 deposit check per stall
3 consecutive nights = $50.00 plus a $25 deposit check per stall
1 Night (aka nightly rental) = $20.00 plus a $25 deposit check per stall
Cecil County 4-H members = 1 time payment of $10, plus a $25 deposit check per stall
