According to what Morrigan (Community manager) said to us, this CGI trailer is representing many key aspects of the game itself. We‘we been<br />

convinced about this being truth right away, in the demo <strong>version</strong>— extended and improved combat and traversal options, and the ability to take the<br />

advantages from the jungle around Lara, exploring of the ancient ruins and caves underwater, even the mysterious shadow, which follows Lara in the<br />

tomb with the pyramid.<br />

After the trailer finished (with loud ovations and applause), we‘ve greet the Game Director on the stage—Daniel Bisson. He was working on Reboot and<br />

Rise, and now he is leading the Shadow of the <strong>Tomb</strong> <strong>Raider</strong> development. After a short reminder, what was the story of two previous titles (mainly for<br />

the press), he started to explain the place of the upcoming game in this trilogy. As we already know, it is meant to be the grand, the conclusion of Lara‘s<br />

story of how she becomes the character we all know and love. In those two previous titles, Lara was only reacting to what fate had for her. Now, in<br />

Shadow, she‘s the one to have all in her hands, controlling her situation; that doesn‘t mean all will go fast and soft. Lara is now about to face herself,<br />

what she becomes and what are the results of her actions.<br />

<strong>The</strong> latest comic adventures shows to us that, no matter how much we love Lara, she is certainly not all right mentally, No<br />

wonder, after all what she had facing, but, she somehow always did the right thing... Until now, Let‘s recall the Reboot sentence<br />

„you just can‘t save them all...“ - now it seems Lara has finally accepted this, and now it is her obsessions with the Trinity and<br />

the relic they‘re after what pushes her forward.<br />

<strong>The</strong>re are more than significant changes, but not only on Lara—the second main character in the game has also evolved a lot.<br />

This character is... THE ENVIRONMENT. It represented Lara‘s enemy in Reboot, she finally mastered it in Rise, and now, they<br />

must unite and become one, in order for Lara to get the advantage before Trinity... And who knows before what or who else yet.
