TRAINEESHIPS<br />
A Traineeship gives a young person the opportunity to develop<br />
and demonstrate their skills before taking them on as an<br />
employee.<br />

ONE DAY & SHORT COURSES<br />
We offer a range of one-day and short courses for updating and<br />
compliance such as:<br />

• Customer Service<br />
We support the specific training needs of employers and can<br />
create bespoke courses to meet your training needs if required<br />
Coming soon: A highly recommended five day Introduction<br />
to Working in Health & Social Care Level 2 course, which is<br />
beneficial for new staff members. Full funding is available. Please<br />

STAFF DEVELOPMENT /<br />
WORK-BASED LEARNING<br />
We can provide a range of qualifications designed to up-skill<br />
and develop those already in employment, either on a paid or<br />
voluntary basis. These qualifications are delivered across key<br />
areas such as IT, customer service, childcare and horticulture<br />
and include:<br />
• Accredited vocational courses in a range of areas (including<br />
Apprenticeships).<br />
• Customised training designed around your business to offer<br />
a cost-effective way of providing training solutions.<br />
• Flexible delivery either at <strong>College</strong> or in the workplace,<br />
including evening and day<strong>time</strong> courses depending on the<br />
group size.<br />
