CREATIVE FLOWERS ON A BUDGET<br />
No fee reduction available<br />
This course will give you an introduction to creating affordable floral displays. You will be given ideas and inspiration to make a range<br />
of displays and arrangements using widely available affordable resources and flowers in season. You will have the opportunity to be<br />
creative in a relaxed and friendly environment.<br />
It is advised to bring an apron and wear closed footwear to avoid injury in case you drop any equipment.<br />
Please note, you will be expected to purchase your own flowers each week, with the exception of the first class where they will be<br />
provided.<br />
You also need to purchase floristry equipment such as containers and foam, all of which are available from <strong>College</strong>.<br />

In this session, you are given ideas and inspiration to create your own arrangement using a pumpkin as a base. You will produce a<br />
stunning autumnal display in a relaxed and friendly environment.<br />

DRESSING TO IMPRESS AT SPRING<br />
FLOWER SHOW<br />
Congratulations to our Floristry Students on<br />
winning the Silver Award at the Harrogate<br />
Spring Flower Show in April. Their ‘Dressing<br />
Room’ display was in the <strong>College</strong>’s ‘Grand<br />
Designs’ category.<br />
Individual student entries also won first and<br />
second places. Well done to you all!<br />
For those who may feel inspired by this stunning<br />
display, the flowers used were Vanda Orchid,<br />
Cala Lily, Ornithogalum, Jatropha Firecrack,<br />
Dianthus Green Trick, Bupleurum and Hypericum.<br />
