In late February 2018, the TCI’s first 12-story resort hotel,
The Ritz-Carlton Residences, officially broke ground.
Broker/Owner of Regency Christie’s International Real
Estate Walter Gardiner, was ecstatic over the event. He
said, “The developers bought the property in 2011. It’s
been a long journey, but they stayed the course.” Official
construction is underway, with a three-year completion
date anticipated. The five-star luxury development spans
688 feet of Grace Bay beachfront over 10.5 acres. It will
include a 125 room hotel and 60 private condominium
residences, along with restaurants, spa, fitness centre,
meeting spaces, retail shopping and a casino. According
to Gardiner, pre-sales of the residences in the first building
have been extremely successful, with over 70% already
sold.
Construction is expected to start in late 2018 on the
Ridge Cottages and Hilltop Condominiums at the Rock
House Resort, known for its stunning location, unique
design and eco-friendly environment. The signature
feature of the low-scale, low-density condos will be a dramatic
quarry pool. The two-bedroom cottages will give
buyers the opportunity to own a stand-alone residence
with private pool and an adjoining lock-out for rental flexibility.
As part of the Grace Bay Resort’s treasure chest of
properties, owners and guests at the 14 acre Rock House
Resort (at the end of International Drive) enjoy use of the
group’s dining and lounge options, fitness center, spa and
tennis courts.
Also part of the Grace Bay Resort family is the Beach
Enclave, a collection of private luxury villa resorts, each
offering the finest five-star amenities. The Beach Enclave
North Shore debuted in November 2016 to excellent guest
reviews. Beach Enclave Long Bay will open for rental in
November 2018, while construction started in February
2018 on Beach Enclave Grace Bay, with the first homes
to be delivered in early 2019.
Set on a dramatic and stunning elevation in Turtle
Tail, Headland Villas’ creative design is befitting of their
