Home & Garden Shear delight Get the best from your garden shears by making sure they are dry when you put them away and oil them regularly, especially at the end of the season. Have them professionally sharpened and avoid cutting grass when it’s wet, as this can distort the blades and lessen their efficiency. Right shears for the job.
