NOISIV
NOISIV is a duet of independent artists, born in Berlin in 1999. They enjoy exploring the possibilities within sound production and improvisation. They now evolved on
the experimental stage with a non conventional musical style. The band uses sounds as fluid structures opening the possibilities to various personal impressions,
both for themselves and their audience. While few systems invite personal interpretation and the direction is more often imposed by the creator, the objective of their
work is to resist the authoritarian and all-embracing system. They sow the seeds of confusion and skepticism so that the simulation of freedom cannot work. They do
not propose real solutions of resistance, but a grounds from which each person can fuse their own references. Indeed they presuppose the desire of the listener to
examine their interpretations and to extract from them their very own impressions.

Flutist-composer Terry OLDFIELD is best known for his film and TV soundtrack work, in addition to releasing solo albums on a regular basis since the mid-Eighties.
He has penned the music for several Emmy award nominated National Geographic specials, including "Land Of The Tiger" and "Twilight Of The Dream Time", as the
early twenty-first century saw a flurry of new releases by Terry OLDFIELD. Leading the list was "Spirit Of The World" (Which incorporated music from several
different cultures: the Australian aborigines, the temples of Tibet, Native America, Cambodia, Africa and Greece), followed by the 2001 releases "Across The
Universe" (Self-described as "An inner journey"), the fifteen-track overview "Reflections: The Best Of Terry Oldfield 1985-1995", and a reissue of his 1986 release "In
The Presence Of Light" (Via Terry OLDFIELD's own label, TO Music). In 2001, he signed on with New Earth Records, releasing "Turning Point" in February of 2002.
The Mike OLDFIELD brother now lives in Australia.

OLYAM
OLYAM, also known under the name Olivier BRIGAND, is always searching for new musical sensations. He's used to merge his synthesizers with human voices and
acoustic instruments: guitar, bass, percussions... Sometimes close to Mike OLDFIELD or VANGELIS, the composer and musician thinks that traditional and ethnic
music are very important, and has always been interested in rock, pop and classical music. His creativity and will to discover other worlds of sounds are somewhat
responsible of the wide array of atmospheres and rhythms one can find in his compositions. His style, affiliated with the new-age pop movement, is often inspired by
traditional musics. OLYAM then continues his composing work, in the manner of films, meditation and relaxation music. "Orpheus, The Initiate" is its second album,
issued in 1997 on the Dreaming label. As for "Cristal Rêveur", it has been recorded five years later. Meditative but dynamic and lively, OLYAM's music is full of
dreams to share and to live... Through sounds evoking various continents, "Orange Love" (2005) offers a journey that lasts more than 70 minutes. Like the previous
one "Cristal Rêveur", this new opus of OLYAM provides again the fusion between electronic and acoustic sounds, with echoes sometimes close to Progressive rock.
Both relaxing and revitalizing, this music is guided by various guitars and held by pure electronic tones, using significantly vocal samples or traditional instruments.
Frontiers fade and leave room to an imaged and colored musical impressionism. To be discovered !

OLYAM, aka composer and keyboards player Olivier BRIGAND may have been very impressed when he met Chilean flautist Hernan SAAVEDRA. As a specialist of
the traditional South-American repertoire, this one plays the pan pipes, the kenas and the charangos. In order to embellish the rich sound range, the two musicians
also add elegant additional guitar parts, completed by discreet percussions. The instrumental music contained in "Attacama" (2002) could have been a snapshot of
what the likes of VANGELIS or Patrick BROGUIERE could have played after having listened to "El Condor Pasa" ! It evokes faraway and disorienting journeys, from
the driest deserts to the highest Andin mountain tops. The perfect meeting between the past, the present and the future...
