English) with beautiful instrumental parts, close to GRENDEL or GTR. "Gwen Menez" (2002) operates a total stylistic change, now playing a new-age music with
great celtic influences. This was originally written for the "Carabosse" show. Faithful to his multi-instrumentist spirit, much more keyboards-oriented this time, Chris

AWENSON, alias Joël BERNARD, offers to relive the spirit of the innovative creations stemming from the electronic musics in the Seventies. This French keyboards
player was particularly influenced by Germany and the Berlin School. Hence it is no wonder if his second album "Wizard" (His debut was self-produced under the
name of AWEN) reminds so much of the atmospheres created by TANGERINE DREAM or Klaus SCHULZE. It wouldn't be right to only see imitation there, and
disregard the impact that the artist got from another one in the genre, namely Jean-Michel JARRE. AWENSON draws a really personal music from all this, and it
should delight the connoisseurs. Released in 2010 on the Dreaming label, "Wizard" includes two long instrumental pieces with evocative titles, one of 41 minutes and
the other clocking half an hour: "Psychedelic Dream" and "Hypnotic Ways". To be discovered !

Andreas BAADEN is playing ambient and electronic music since the early Eighties. "Slow Down" is the title-track of his fourth album, recorded in the year 2010 and
published by the Dreaming label. Like some other tracks on this album, the electronic instrumental here is a different version of a song sung by Selina BUCCELLA
from Andreas BAADEN's rock band, BASEMENT TWO, located in Bonn, Germany. "Slow Down" is about a better, healthier and more sustainable life, respecting
each other and discovering the real essence of life: now it's time to change and listen ! Driving beats and choral landscapes are the main elements of the twelve
electronic journeys on the album. Most of the songs were recorded during rehearsals and improvisations in Andreas BAADEN' small home-studio in the village of
Aegidienberg, Germany. They are inspired by the beautiful landscape of the Siebengebirge. But the music also drifts into eternity: The last two tracks simply take us
into space ! If you like TANGERINE DREAM, Jean-Michel JARRE, Michael ROTHER, or the likes of GENESIS and PINK FLOYD, you will certainly enjoy this music !

Didier BARDIN
French keyboards player and composer Didier BARDIN is a Musicology graduate from Paris' famous Sorbonne University. The conception of his project "Le Pouvoir
Des Pierres" (2008) originates from a question: is it possible to create a soothing and beneficial music, while varied and interesting ? One first work concerned the
discoveries of Professor Lee BARTEL, of Toronto University. His searches reveal the direct effect of certain frequencies on the production of alpha, beta and delta
cerebral waves. They also show the action of certain rhythms on the respiratory and cardiac cycle. The symbolism of certain minerals, as well as their vibratory
properties, appearead as an appropriate concept, while proposing a readability which is largely accessible to the listener. The five years of work that this project took
enabled to overlap closely these different aspects, the creation of specific tonal sonic textures supposing a melodic and harmonic writing of the "tension/expansion"
type. Nevertheless, the artist had to propose a pleasant and harmonious music, readily accessible, leaving the listener with the liberty to choose his own listening and
attention level. The result of this reflection is released today by the Dreaming label. Verdict ? Winning bet !
