1. Event will not exceed the client’s $20,000 budget<br />
• Keeping a detailed budget along the way<br />
• Leave between $500 to $1,000 for last minute emergencies<br />
• Make sure all deposits are paid on time based on the contract<br />
requirements<br />
2. Have all the details of the celebration finalized one month before the<br />
event<br />
• Make sure all contracts are read carefully<br />
• Contact the venue and vendors to make sure all dates and times are<br />
correct<br />
• Make sure written consent to move furniture etc. In venue is given to Lofty<br />
Spaces<br />
• Make sure written consent is received from Lofty Spaces from any<br />
deliveries that occur before contracted time of event<br />
3. Make sure everyone gets home safely from the event<br />
• Having security at the venue monitoring the crowd<br />
• A shuttle or prearranged Uber leaving the hotel up to one hour before<br />
and one hour after the event<br />
• At least one first aid and CPR certified member of the staff must be<br />
present at the event<br />
• Have emergency phone numbers on hand if needed<br />
