o If it is hot outside, we suggest you have hand-held Mexican fans<br />
available to the guests; these could even been incorporated with<br />
the decorations.<br />
• Traffic in downtown Dallas<br />
o Couple needs to allow plenty of time to arrive at venue on time<br />
o Note on map any road construction obstacles that would affect<br />
guests<br />
• Indemnification Clause in the Contract<br />
o Consider purchasing your own liability insurance for the evening<br />
