Event will not exceed the client’s $20,000 budget • Keeping a detailed budget along the way • Leave between $500 to $1,000 for last minute emergencies • Make sure all deposits are paid on time based on the contract requirements 2. Have all the details of the celebration finalized one month before the event • Make sure all contracts are read carefully • Contact the venue and vendors to make sure all dates and times are correct • Make sure written consent to move furniture etc. In venue is given to Lofty Spaces • Make sure written consent is received from Lofty Spaces from any deliveries that occur before contracted time of event 3. Make sure everyone gets home safely from the event • Having security at the venue monitoring the crowd • A shuttle or prearranged Uber leaving the hotel up to one hour before and one hour after the event • At least one first aid and CPR certified member of the staff must be present at the event • Have emergency phone numbers on hand if needed 6

Verify that contingency plans are in place in case of emergencies or vendor no shows • Confirm that Lofty Spaces has adequate liability insurance in case a guest or vendor is injured on their property • Event insurance in case venue cancels or bride/groom becomes ill and needs to change date • Contract with the Band/DJ that is very specific and outlines no-show policies • Generator available for electrical problems • No show band; have playlist and sound system ready • List of phone numbers available of all vendor contact persons in case of last minute questions or problems 7
