8:15 p.m. • Toasts and stories begin<br />

8:45 p.m. • Bride and Groom cuts the pie<br />

9:00 p.m. • Bride and Groom’s first dance<br />

• Afterwards, guests join them on the dance floor<br />

10:45 p.m. • House party passes out sparklers and tells guests where to<br />

line up for the couple’s exit<br />

10:55 p.m. • Designated people with lighters will light sparklers<br />

10:57 p.m. • Bride and Groom exit through a double row of sparklers<br />

11:00 p.m. • Event ends<br />

• Announcement made concerning the guests’ party favors<br />

• Guests leave<br />

• Break down/clean up begins<br />

11:05 p.m. –<br />

12:00 a.m.<br />

• Outside vendors come to collect their items<br />

• House party collects decorations and any other items<br />

* Please note that there should be an extremely detailed plan on how the house party<br />

will set up due to the fact you only have two an a half hours before the celebration<br />

starts. People should be assigned to different tasks and the plan should be gone over<br />

with the house party in advance. Additionally, the House Party will need to bring their<br />

wedding attire and get dressed at the venue.<br />
