Subject to o the applicable e product and services s return policy for Custtomer's<br />

may termin nate this Servic ce within a defin ned number of days of Customer's<br />
receipt oof<br />
the Supporteed<br />
Product by pproviding<br />
<strong>Dell</strong> with written w notice of cancellati<strong>on</strong>. If Customer ca ancels this Servvice<br />
within thatt<br />
period, <strong>Dell</strong> wwill<br />
send Custommer<br />
a full<br />
refund less s the costs of support<br />
claims, if any, made under<br />

• Cus stomer fails to abide a by all of the t terms and c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s set forth in this Seervice<br />

Keep Your Hard Drive serrvice)<br />
if Custommer<br />
has<br />
received re eplacement par rts from <strong>Dell</strong>. <strong>Dell</strong> D uses new and a rec<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>ned<br />

by various manufacturers<br />
inn<br />
performing warranty repairs.<br />
E. Opti<strong>on</strong>al <strong>Service</strong>s. S Opti<strong>on</strong>al<br />
services (including ( point t-of-need suppoort,<br />

c<strong>on</strong>sulting, mmanaged,<br />
and<br />
professi<strong>on</strong>a al, support or tr raining services)<br />
may be avai ilable for purchhase<br />
