payment
and report a
repair online.
Pursue opportunities for growth
Through our growth initiative we aim
to provide an additional 300 homes by
2020. We are progressing this through
building new homes and buying back
homes in areas where weknow people
want to live. We will achieve this by;
• Increasing our stock of homes both
inside and outside the Borough
• Expanding opportunities for
intermediate and social market rent
• Considering options to help people
own their own home through
building for sale
• Exploring opportunities
for collaboration with
other organisations
During the year we started building
23 new homes on three different sites
and the new homes will be ready for
residents during 2018.
