Kumar presented the minutes of the 33rdAGM held on 9th
July’2017 and got passed in the AGM.Joint Treasurer Sri.
Pradeep Kumar C presented the statement of accounts which
was also approved in the AGM. The Secretary presented the
activity report as well as the Treasurer presented the accounts
2017-18 and AGM approved the same. The Returning
Officer Shri.Mohana Chandran & Board Observer Shri.
N.Viswambaran addressed the gathering. Along with the
Karayogam AGM our Mahila Vibhag and Youth wing AGM
were also conducted. Secretaries presented the reports which
were appreciated by the august body. In any other matters,
Mr. Krishnan Kutty expressed about the tour arranged by
committee as also about the unwanted messages floating
in the whatsapp group. As per the agenda, the selection of
the office bearers and executive committee for the period
2018-20 was declared in the AGM by the Returning Officer
Shri. Mohana Chandran.

After the selection process President Sri.P.Premdasan
addressed the gathering. Newly selected Treasurer read
out the proposed budget for year 2018-19, newly selected
Secretary Sri. K.P.Padmakumar thanked the august
body for the valuable support and Joint Secretary Shri.
T.P.Raveendran delivered the vote of thanks. Meeting came
to an end after National Anthem.
Special Meeting : On 15.07.2018, the committee called for
a combined Special meeting to decide regarding Ramayana
Parayanam. The committee decided to celebrate Ramayana
Masam with pooja at 5PM on 17.7.2018 at MMH followed
by Ramayana Parayanam, Mangala Arathi & Prasada
Distribution. As usual Ramayana Parayanam will be held
in members' houses.

As per the procedure the handing over and taking over
formalities took place between the old and new committees.
The newly elected President Mr. Premadasan officially took
charge from the outgoing committee and welcomed all the
new committee members.The newly elected Secretary Shri.
K.P.Padmakumar took charge and informed the committee
about the next two years’ programs, Joint Secretary Shri.
T.P.Raveendran proposed Vote of thanks. The meeting came
to an end after National Anthem.
VIVEK NAGAR
The Executive committee meeting of the Karayogam
was held on 8th July 2018 Sunday at Karayogam office.
Karayogam President Sri.K.N.Jayakrishnan presided over
the meeting. Meeting started with prayer followed by
Acharya vandanam. Secretary read out the minutes of last
month’s meeting and treasurer presented the accounts for
the month of June 2018 which were passed by the house
unanimously. Secretary said that Karayogam sold tickets
for Rs.1.03 lakhs towards ‘Kelikottu’ programme. Our
Karayogam youth wing team presented a fusion dance
on the stage as part of our Karayogam programme. Board
member sri.T.V.Narayanan was felicitated as Doyen by
KNSS Board during Kelikottu programme. Our Karayogam
members presented flag hoisting and march past on the
first day of kelikottu. Many of our members attended both
the days’ to make programme successful. House decided
to conduct sports day on Sunday 9th September 2018 at
Atfaaa School ground as part of our Annual Get Together.
House also decided to conduct Karayogam Annual Get
together 2018 on 14th October 2018 at Infant Jesus main
auditorium. As usual Karayogam will send Onam greeting
to all members this year also. Karayogam Mahila Vibhag
President Smt.Thangamani S kurup told that Ramayana
masam will start on Tuesday 17th July. Mahila Vibhag
will be conducting Ramayana Parayanam every day for one
month at Karayogam office. Mahila Vibhag President and
SecretaryMrs. Rugmini Nair will lead the programme with
co-ordination of Mahila Vibhag members.
WHITEFIELD
The Executive Committe meeting of the Karayogam was
held on 8th July at the residence of Smt.Latha Menon
(Gruhalakshmi President) at Shreeram Samrudhi apartments.
Mahila Vibhag members were also present in the meeting.
Karayogam President presided over the meeting and
informed the house that the important agenda for the meeting
is finding a leased premises for the Karayogam office for
conducting dance and different classes to strengthen the
Karayogam activities. He welcomed all the newly selected
office bearers and committee members including Mahila
Vibhag office bearers and committee members. He solicited
support from our members to create an exclusive Website for
Whitefield Karayogam and digitalize storage of documents.
AGM:Karayogam conducted its AGM on 24th June, 2018
at the Community Hall of Gopalan Millenium Apartments.
Sri. Vijay Kumar-N President of the Karayogam presided
over the meeting and Secretary Shri.Padmakumar presented
