Building Fund for setting up Karayogam Office :-It was<br />
proposed in the AGM meeting to go ahead with collecting<br />
Building fund from Karayogam members to initially lease a<br />
property for office space and conduct various dance classes<br />
and related activities in a prominent area. The modalities will<br />
be worked out by the new Karayogam executive committee<br />
and will be presented to members.We solicit your generous<br />
support to make this project a reality. In that process we will<br />
have more interactions and enhance Karayogam activities<br />
for the benefit of its members.<br />
Ramayanaparayanam:-Ramayanaparayanam during<br />
Karkidakam month has already been started by<br />
KarayogamMahila Vibhag and it has been conducted in the<br />
Community hall of Gopalan Habitat Splendour Apartments<br />
near CMRIT Engineering College, Kundalahalli during<br />
weekends ie Saturdays and Sundays upto 15th August<br />
2018(Concluding Session) in the evening 4 pm to 6 pm.<br />

Karayogam held its monthly meeting on Saturday the<br />
8th July 2018 at S R Pillai Memorial Hall at Karayogam<br />
Building. During the AGM held on 17th June 2018 the new<br />
EC was formed where Shri R Sreenivasan was elected as<br />
the Karayogam President. However, during the EC meeting<br />
held on 30th June 2018, Shri R Sreenivasan relinquished his<br />
position as President and Shri N Viswambaran Nair took<br />
over as President of the Karayogam. Shri R Sreenivasan<br />
will now be representing Jayanagar Karayogam in <strong>KNSS</strong><br />
Board. We have already informed our members the names<br />
of all EC members, Office bearers etc. However, once again<br />
we give below names of office bearers so that members can<br />
contact when required<br />

During the meeting the EC also discussed maintenance of<br />
the building. Shri Babu Devanand and Shri Sasidharan<br />
Pillai expressed their willingness to volunteer their service<br />
whenever required. Shri R Sreenivasan, our Board member<br />
and Ex- President informed the gathering that the <strong>KNSS</strong><br />
Board Meeting to be held on 22 July 2018 will be hosted<br />
by Jayanagar Karayogam and has volunteered to bear the<br />
expenses on behalf of our Karayogam. EC expressed our<br />
sincere gratitude to this gesture. During the meeting Shri<br />
N J Menon our special invitee in the committee suggested<br />
to come out with a directory so that communication could<br />
be made faster. The suggestion was noted, and requested<br />
members to come forward with suggestions.<br />
