Trust Meeting: Monthly Trust Meeting was held
on23.06.2018at MMET School, presided over by Mr.
O.V.P Nambiar, PresidentMMECT.
Appointment of Teachers/Staff: The vacancy of a
drawing teacher for MMET School is yet to be filled up.
Eligible candidates may apply with bio data.
Admissions 2018 -19: MMET School new admissions
have touched 166 including 15 RTE Students.
International Yoga Day: School celebrated international
Yoga dayon 02.06.2018 at the Roof Top Auditorium. The
School yoga master delivered an inspiring speech on
yoga and he appealed to the student community to make
a habit of doing yoga in their daily routine. The students
displayed beautiful yoga postures on the occasion.
Workshop on Maths: M/s. Kamala Book Distributors
under the aegis of East Point School, HRBR Layout,
Kalyan Nagar conducted a workshop for Maths Teachers
on 23.06.2018 from 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Two maths
teachers from MMET High School attended the workshop.
Mr. W.S. Balasubramani and Mr. C.S.R Sabhapathy
were the resource personalities. As per the teachers,
the session was very informative& useful and the above
resource persons explained briefly about the methodology
and creativity to be applied while teaching Mathmatics in
High School level.
New School Building: KNSS/MMECT is proceeding
with construction of School building in the site opp.
to MMET School purchased by us. Bhoomi pooja was
performed on 08.07.2018 for construction of the building.
KNSS Chairman, Vice Chairman –I, MMECT Office
Bearers, Trustees and Members from KNSS M.S. Nagar
Karayogam were present on the occasion.
A Borewell also has since been sunk to a depth of 740
ft. It is hoped that we will get enough water from the well
for all our uses.
Felicitation Ceremony: The Kannada Resource Centre
form M.S.Nagar felicitated MMET School Students of
8th, 9th, &10thStds who scored 90% and above marks in
Kannada language in the Public Exam March/April 2017-
18 conducted. The ceremony was held on 14.07.2018 at
Sri Kodandarama Kalyana Mantapa, Subbanna Palya,
Bangalore - 560033. A total of 29 Students from MMET
School were felicitated with certificates and gifts by the
Chief Guest Dr. Mahesh Joshi, Director General of South
India Doordarshan.
