It was held at our Treasurer Mrs. Shalini Uthaman’s residence on 15th July. The function started with lighting of lamp and prayer by Miss. Nivedya, Miss Archa and Master Dharmik. Mahila Vibhag President Mrs. Usha Harish welcomed the gathering. Mrs. Geetha Girish was the guest speaker on the occasion of Ramayana masam. She spoke well about Rama and Ramayanam. The guest was introduced by Vice President Mrs. Sheela Mahesh. Karayogam President Mr. K K Harish Kumar, Secretary Mr. K P Rajan, Treasurer Mr. P T Uthaman, Board Member Mr. C Sukumaran Nair, Joint Treasurer Mr. Parameshwar Nair and other EC members of Karayogam and “Sreedevi” EC members attended the function. Miss sneha Muralidharan recited the Ramayanam in the presence of the devotees gathered. Prasadam was distributed. Mangalore The first EC meeting of newly elected members for the year 2018-20 was held at 5 pm on 7th July at our office. President Mrs. Jayalakshmi Chandramohan and the Secretary Mrs. Prabha Vijayakumar welcomed the gathering. The meeting started with a silent prayer and Acharyavandanam. The EC appreciated the best dance performance of our members Mrs. Swetha and Mrs. Darshana at our Kelikottu function held at Bangalore. Discussions were held about the arrangements required for the successful conduct of the coming “Onaghosham” scheduled on August 19th. New team for the Thiruvathira dance is being formed.Interested members please come forward. It was decided to honour Mr. Udaya Menon, our Chef, during the Onam celebration for having trained us in the Cookery class. We planned to perform a skit by our member Mrs. Ponnama Appukuttan. SARJAPURA The Executive Committee meeting of SARAYU for the month of July 2018 was conducted on Sunday 8th July 2018 in the residence of our Vice President Mrs. Bindu Sreekumar at 4pm. Our Karayogam President. Secretary, Treasurer, Board members and Sarayu Executive Committee members were presented the meeting. The EC meeting was presided over by our President Mrs. Jayashree Revi started with Prayer and Acharya Smarana. Condolence prayer In the welcome speech Mrs. Jayashree Revi made a warm welcome to our newly selected all office bearers and Executive committee members to our mahila vibhag and also Newly selected Karayogam Office bearers, Board Members and EC members. Sarayu Secretary Mrs. Pushkala Kumari presented the last EC minutes. EC were discussed on the minutes and passed. Treasurer Mrs. Suja Arun discussed about the financial status of Sarayu and discussed about the accounts. EC discussed the progress of our Malayalam Class and greatly appreciate to Mrs. Sreeja Vijayan and Mrs. Rajalakshmi Nair and Mrs. Preethi for their efforts. Now there are more than 50 students in class. We have also discussed to complete the registration formalities in this purpose we requested to our Karayogam Secretary Mr. Jaishankar and Treasurer Mr. Padmanabhan for doing the needful. EC discussed and finalised about Ramayana Parayanam from 1st of Karkidakam in members house on daily basis till end of Ramayana Masam. We are planning to start again our Sarva Aiswarya Pooja from first of Chingam on monthly once basis in our member’s house. We discussed and plan to hand over our cheque to the Management of our MMET School to sponcer one Student. For this purposes we requested to Col. Sasidaran Sir to help us to do the procedure. As to participate Social activities we have decided to visit one Old aged home nearby Kodathi gate on 15th August 2018 at 3 PM and also plan to give some universe gift to all members there. All members are requested to take part on this occasion and help them at member’s level best.Sarayu’s EC meeting was concluded at 6.30 pm with vote of thanks to all EC members and Office bears and Karayogam by our Jt Secretary Mrs. Latha Prasad. In her message Mrs. Latha Prasad conveyed special thanks to our Mrs. Bindhu Sreekumar and family to host our meeting such a grant success. After prayer Acharya Smarana and silent prayer for the departed souls this month, Secretary read the last month report and Treasurer presented the accounts.
