IT Support<br />
If you have any technical issues relating to your computer or the wireless connection,<br />
assistance will be available at the IT Support desk. This will be located at the main<br />
entrance of Claudelands Events Centre during registration (Tuesday 10 October, 4.00pm<br />
- 7.00pm, and Wednesday 11 October, 7.30am - 10.00am). Following this time, the IT<br />
Support desk will be moved to the exhibition hall.<br />
Lost Property<br />
All lost property will be kept at the registration desk. If you have lost an item but it has not<br />
been handed in, please provide your name and contact phone number to the CORE staff<br />
at the registration desk so they can contact you if it is located.<br />
Nametags<br />
Nametags will be printed from the registration kiosks on arrival at <strong>uLearn17</strong>. All attendees<br />
must wear their nametag on every conference day. Please be aware that if you are not<br />
wearing your nametag, or if you cannot show evidence that you should be admitted to a<br />
session, you will be refused admission.<br />
If you lose your nametag, please see the CORE staff at the help desk.<br />
Photography/Video<br />
Please be aware that conference staff and/or attending media representatives will be<br />
taking photographs and recording audio/video footage of the event, including audience<br />
response and profile. Materials produced may be displayed on television, in print, online,<br />
or used by CORE for educational or marketing purposes. As per the terms and conditions,<br />
all delegates agree to being included in such footage.<br />
Delegates not wishing to have their image taken or voice recorded should also attempt<br />
to remove themselves from photographic, video, or audio recording situations wherever<br />
possible. Photographers will do their best to take group images that do not identify<br />
people, and will also seek permission in particular instances where close-up images are<br />
taken. Whilst best endeavours will be made not to include delegates who do not wish to<br />
be, CORE can take no responsibility should their image or voice be recorded or used.<br />
Other delegates may take and distribute images or recordings via social networking<br />
sites or independent websites or reports. CORE Education can take no responsibility for<br />
material or images used in this way.<br />
