Presenter Resource Material
Some presenters may share presentation notes and other resources prior to and/or after
the session. To check if any resources have been shared, log into the Registered Members’
Area and click ‘Calendar’ in the menu. You can select your booked breakouts (marked in
light green) to view more information. If the presenter has uploaded any resources, links
will be listed under the ‘Presenter Material’ heading.
Registration/Help Desk
The registration desk will be located at the main entrance of Claudelands Events Centre
during registration (Tuesday 10 October, 4.00pm - 7.00pm, and Wednesday 11 October,
7.30am - 10.00am). Following this time, the registration desk will be moved to the foyer
outside the exhibition hall. The friendly CORE staff will be able to assist with your queries
here during conference hours.
Smoking
The Claudelands Events Centre is a non-smoking venue at all times (including the use of
e-cigarettes).
Toilets
The main bathrooms are located outside the exhibition hall on the ground floor of
Claudelands Events Centre, with more bathrooms clearly signposted throughout the venue.
Accessibility bathrooms are available on the ground floor outside the exhibition hall.
