Germany’s most famous jazz trumpeter teams up<br />
with one of the last big bands in the world at <strong>IFA</strong><br />
<strong>2018</strong>’s closing concert.<br />
The musical finale in the <strong>IFA</strong><br />
Summer Garden features Till<br />
Brönner and the US Air Forces<br />
in Europe Band. They will be<br />
performing a relaxed mixture<br />
of popular swing classics from<br />
Glen Miller to Benny Goodman<br />
along with the greatest pop<br />
hits of all time.<br />
Denalane, Madeleine Peyroux<br />
and Carla Bruni. He was also<br />
a member of the X Factor<br />
jury. In 2016, Brönner was<br />
invited by President Obama to<br />
the White House to celebrate<br />
<strong>International</strong> Jazz <strong>Day</strong>.<br />
The US Air Forces in Europe<br />
Band has been playing since<br />
1943 to promote relations<br />
between the US and its<br />
European allies. The band<br />
has performed for kings,<br />
queens and presidents – and<br />
for thousands of international<br />
music fans. The band’s ongoing<br />
mission is to transcend the<br />
cultural boundaries and unite<br />
nations through music.<br />

and the concert gets under way<br />

Generations of Jazz, was<br />
awarded the German Record<br />
Critics’ Prize in 1993. He<br />
has earned a global renown<br />
performing with musicians<br />
such as Dave Brubeck, Tony<br />
Bennett, Klaus Doldinger, Joy<br />
