Fireworks spectacular thrills big crowd<br />
The Rolleston fireworks display took place on Saturday night with a crowd of<br />
about 15,000 in attendance. It was the third year the event had been held at<br />
Foster Park instead of Rolleston Reserve. The event cost about $70,000, with<br />
$30,000 of fireworks ignited. Rolleston fireworks organising committee member<br />
Jens Christensen said apart from the wind, everything was “brilliant.”<br />
