Good people key to family-run bar
When visiting a small town, it is
often the people you meet that make
the community and the experience
special.
Byemoor is no exception to this and
the family run establishment is a fantastic

If there’s one thing Harold Peters knows very well,
it’s trailers.
Peters has been in the business since 1993, where he
worked for a trailer manufacturer in Delburne before
branching off in 1997 to start his own company,
Horseshoe Trailer manufacturing and repairs.
Peters’ trailer expertise covers a wide range of
subjects including cosmetic work, axle
replacement, brakes and bearings. He is able
to fix horse, stock, RV and flat deck trailers,
and he sees people come from as far away
as Sylvan Lake into Saskatchewan, Amisk
to Brooks and all points in between for his
Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

“I carry a good inventory of quality parts so people
don’t have to wait,” he says. “I have since increased
the size of the shop and added a tire changer, and will
soon be adding a brake lathe. I believe in good work
and good service.”
Born and raised in Alberta, Peters lives on the farm
with his wife, and has three children and seven
grandchildren. He has been involved with the
Halkirk Bullarama and enjoys the
community spirit of living in Halkirk. “It’s a
great community with great people,” he says.
