Kelly Pedersen, Dan Servonnet
and Clayton Job all grew up in and
around Hanna, Ab.
They loved snowmobiling and off
roading and in 1997 they decided to
use that passion to make their dream
of owning their own business a
reality and opened an Authorized
Arctic Cat dealership.
They brought in an extensive
Arctic Cat selection and a complete
line of ATV’s and snowmobiles along
with the complete line of parts and
accessories.
Their store, Checker’d Flag Sports
was so successful that in 2006 they
earned the Arctic Cat Canadian
Silver ATV Dealer award.
In 2010 they expanded and brought
in the full line of Stihl products and
in 2011 Clayton chose to go into full
time farming and sold his share of
the business to Kelly and Dan.
In January 2017 Textron Off Road
Products bought out Arctic Cat.
They are keeping the snowmobiles
under the Arctic Cat name but all
wheeled products will be sold under
the Textron name.
Checker’d Flag Sports will have it
all for you.
They also offer general automotive
repair and have two licensed
mechanics and two apprentice
mechanics to provide that service for
you.
Dan and Kelly are still growing
their business and in 2017 they
brought in Toro lawn care products.
Checker’d Flag Sports and their
seven employees are there for you for
everything from playing in the snow
to mowing the lawn.

The Firm Team Members
