Rapunzel Time varies
Once Upon a time, in a far off Kingdom, a
bargain is struck and a young girl is taken from
her parents. Locked away from the world “to
keep her safe”, the young Rapunzel grows
up dreaming of adventures and life outside of
her lonely room at the top of a tall tower. And
as she grows up, her hair grows longer and
longer and longer. Adapted from the original
fairy tale, this magical musical play explores
how the power of love can both blind us and
help us see. And it’s also about the hair, that
ridiculously long hair…
From the creative team behind last year’s
enchanting Robin Hood & Maid Marian and
performed by University of Lincoln’s graduating
drama students, this is the ideal festive treat for
the whole family.

Christmas Trail 12pm-3pm
Join us to celebrate our favourite time of year
Christmas! Explore Hartsholme Country Park
by taking part in a festive themed trail. Solve
the puzzles and complete the challenges to
finally claim your sweet treat. There is a charge
of £3.50 per child for this event and booking is
essential. All children must be accompanied by
an adult. This activity is aimed at children aged
4 to 13 years. This is a Children’s University
validated activity. Location Get your trail sheet
anytime between 12pm and 3pm from the
Visitor Centre.

Singing Princesses and Santa’s Grotto
11am-3pm
Come along to our Farm Park and join in with
a princess sing-along and meet Santa in his
Grotto. Singalong with Anna and Elsa from
11:30am-12pm and Belle and Tinkerbell from
1:45pm-2:15pm, then you get the chance to
meet the princesses from 12pm-12:45pm and
2:15pm-3pm. Santa will also be in his Grotto
from 11am-2pm. £6.50 entry and under 2’s free.

An Audience With Father Christmas
Time varies
Experience the magic of Christmas at
Lincoln Castle by joining Father Christmas
in the Victorian setting of the Bath House at
the Castle. Sit back and listen to stories of
Christmases from the past and enjoy finding out
more about Father Christmas himself. Every
child will receive a Victorian style gift and have
the opportunity to share their Christmas wishes.
Places are limited so please book your place in
advance to avoid disappointment. Audiences
last between 30-40 mins. Children £8, Adult £6

This festive Christmas classic will be shown
on the big screen in the Nave, lit to create a
magical atmosphere. This heart-warming story
will be accompanied by a live orchestra and
