The impact of
the art
People who are mixing drinks can be
considered artists, they try their best to be
creative and come up with new drinks,
some specialising in special effects and
chemical reaction (smoke, bubbles, fire
etc) and others in tricks while preparing the
cocktail.
They also give great attention to the look
and design of the cocktail as it has to be
visually appealing to their customer.
It has influenced the creation of Mocktail or
in an other word « non-alcoholic drinks ».
It has been proved that people have
decreased their alcohol consumption, thus
people gave more attention to the Mocktail
to replaced the traditional one.
Trying to make a non-alcoholic drink is
definitely like cooking, there is science
behind it and it has to look artsy to keep
people interested. People can't be
disappointed by the result.
To create a Mocktail you have to find the
great balance between sweet and bitter,
soft and sour, aesthetic and taste. Mixology
is all about balance and creativity.
