You can use this date to determine if an account was opened before or after enforcement in related accounts. • Determine if the account is a veteran customer (VC) account. Any account that has been with Amazon for more than 3 months after the first completed order is considered a VC account. VC accounts with good completed order history are considered genuine. • Brand new accounts are considered risky.
