Foreword 3 A step into the future Our customers think ahead when they invest in a new ropeway. It should operate for many years and offer their guests reliability and comfort. For us as ropeway manufacturers, that means always being open to new things, identifying trends and listening out for exactly what the market wants. That gives rise to new ideas for new functions or solutions for our products. It ensures that we can not only fulfill expectations but also surprise our customers with an innovative offer. The new OMEGA V 10 CWA continues its successful cabin series and introduces the next generation of ropeway cabins with the OMEGA V. The latest new development from the Doppelmayr/Garaventa Group is the new CWA OMEGA V cabin. Styled to harmonize with the overall design of the D-Line, it belongs to the next generation of ropeways and fits in perfectly with the product range. All cast in the same mold. The experience that CWA has invested in the manufacture and development of the OMEGA series is unparalleled. The new cabin testifies to the fact. All the know-how acquired over the years, all the insights gained from decades of cabin manufacture and all the feedback from the market have been incorporated in the intensive development work. The result is very impressive. Other ropeway developments also call for farsightedness. Digitization is opening up new opportunities for us. As the world’s leading ropeway manufacturer, we shall be exploring this transformation and providing our customers with technologies that give them value added.
