It would be more advisable to head for a wine
using the tank or charmat method to obtain
the bubbles.

The selection here is very wide ranging
from the modest end of the market to the
higher end of the market with very expensive
champagne.
For the less expensive you wold probably
need a wine made by a simple method,
namely a wine having been injected with
carbon dioxide gas to create the bubbles.
This could lead to disappointment and ruin a
