Jesus and the Holy Spirit are gentlemen first and foremost. The love of God does not force itself, it does not
condemn, and it does not cause pain. Jesus is interested in our inner man, the core of our being. The way you come to
yourself and gain your identity is the process of peeling an onion. Jesus in His time will begin removing layers of your
false self and false beliefs but at the same time reveal the truth. For me, to this day it is an ongoing process. It is a
process you cannot rush and just to save you the suspense it will continue throughout your natural life until you are
taken home to heaven. This is the life of Christ in you, this is the process of awakening the Kingdom within you as you
discover your authentic self and it is the most significant change you will ever have in your life - The renewing of your
mind.
The first lesson is this. You can no longer blame anything outside yourself. You are in the position you’re in today
because of choices you made. Did circumstances happen that you did not ask for? Sure, there are but to begin this
journey of discovery, from this day forward no longer can you place blame or point fingers. You will find, if you are
honest with yourself, you indeed are in the position you are in today because of choices you made. The great news is
you can also make good decisions and choices.
This is where many people will stop, they will stop because they do not
want to face themselves and take responsibility for their actions, they do not
want to see the truth in the mirror. 90% of most people do not want to take
responsibility, admit failure and confess who they truly are. The devil has had a
hayday with these people, and they are in his grip and blinded by false truths,
lies and false identities. Fear, doubt and unbelief are the main factors of why
they refuse the truth and fail to become who God created them to be, and most
important fail to become who God says they are. The freedom and power that
comes from knowing your identity are fantastic and amazing. Truth is the
greatest freedom, power, and weapon in the world.
Then Jesus said to those who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are
My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make
you free.” John 8:31-32
The time to be honest
It is my honor and privilege at this time to stop the merry-go-round you have been on, it is time to stop living a lie
based on your false identity, it is time to be real and honest with God and yourself. It is time to begin to peel the onion.
I am going to offer a practical and truthful prayer into the Kingdom of God. You can pray this word for word, or you
can just pray what is on your heart it is up to you, but this will be the greatest thing you have ever done and will begin
your journey to your true and authentic self and will give you access to the Kingdom of God.
Whether you are saved or not there are only two requirements to gain Salvation, and it is found in Romans Chapter
10, specifically verses 9-10.
Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved. 2 For I bear them witness that they
have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to
establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for
righteousness to everyone who believes.
5
For Moses writes about the righteousness which is of the law, “The man who does those things shall live by them.” 6
