The Bourgogne<br />

Chardonnay 2017 is<br />

medium bodied with<br />

a firm crisp acidity and lots of fresh green<br />

apple flavours. It was fermented at 22°C and<br />

matured on fine lees for four months.<br />

soft supple palate.<br />

The 2017 is light<br />

to medium bodied,<br />

smooth with a fresh tangy acidity and<br />

long berry finish. Grapes were picked by<br />

hand, sorted and de-stemmed into tank.<br />

During the fermentation regular punching<br />

down of the cap was carried out. The wine<br />

was transferred to barrel for malolactic<br />

fermentation and matured for three months.<br />

structure, this Petit Chablis is well balanced<br />

with persistent flavours and lemon acidity.<br />
