Jamie just nodded with a slight grunt, as he
had other things on his mind.
“I can get you a coffee if you like?”
Jamie reciprocated in the same way as he
had just previously, except for the extra slight
wave with his right hand while he rushed into
his office where he put down his briefcase onto
his desk and inserted a memory stick into his
computer. As there wasn’t much in it, the data
from the PM’s meeting was uploaded onto the
machine in less than a couple of milli-seconds
and he just gave it today’s date as a file name -
he can organise it better later he thought to
himself. He turned off the computer, picked up
his suitcase again and walked out of his office
at the same rushed pace that he had when he
had entered the room, but he hadn’t even
taken a step out before he nearly walked
straight into Steve, who was about to knock
