OVER THE BORDER – Music Diversity Festival 2018 The positive energy, the great feedback from the audience and our cooperation partners have encouraged us to present the project “Over the Border” in 2019 for the fourth time in the federal city of Bonn. The people of this international city and region are looking forward to a repeat of the cross-border, cultural music festival. Then, “Over the Border” is for many citizens of Bonn an entitlement that they live in their daily professional and private lives. Commitment to integration, understanding between nations and religions, combating racism are more relevant than ever. The realization and the understanding that many people grow up with two cultures and are allowed to carry them in their hearts on an equal footing have not yet been taken for granted. Over the Border presents artists who are particularly committed to these values and through their music and lyrics bring these issues to light.
