ÜBUNG/EXERCISE 5:
3 CLEAR - 2 DROP 1/2 FELD / 3X CLEAR – 2X DROP
Spieler A spielt einen hohen Aufschlag/
UH-Clear und orientiert sich danach auf die
hintere Position auf dem Feld, B spielt einen
LL Clear zurück, A spielt wieder einen LL Clear,
B spielt einen Drop ans Netz, A spielt einen
Stopp, B spielt einen Unterhand-Clear, usw.
Player A is playing a high serve/backhand clear,
player B is responding with a clear as well, A is
returning another clear; player B will then play a
drop, Player A returns a drop, and the rotation
will restart with a backhand clear. Half court.
ZU BEACHTEN / PLEASE NOTE: Zu Beginn laut ansagen,
was gespielt wird, so ist es einfacher,
sich an die Schläge zu gewöhnen. Ausprobieren!
Nach dem Schlag in die nächste Ecke laufen,
damit man keinen Zeitdruck hat und früh
am Ball ist. Zu Beginn locker schlagen und
nicht zu hohes Tempo spielen - miteinander.
Slow playing with each other at the beginning

VARIANTEN / VARITIES:
• A und B spielen immer CR Unterhand-Clear,
Rest LL both players do only play cross clears
and straight drops
• A und B spielen immer CR Drop und Rest LL
both players do only play cross drops and
straight clears
• A und B spielen LL oder CR beim Unterhand-Clear
oder beim Drop. Sehr komplex
und man muss immer auf 2 Ecken aufpassen
(Vorderfeld oder Hinterfeld). free choice of
either cross or straight playing of clear and
drop (very complex/difficult)
