1. BEDARFSFESTSTELLUNG UND ANALYSE NEEDS, DEMANDS AND ANALYSIS
Kunden und Spieler aus über 50 Ländern bewerten objektiv bei Händlern
und Trainern unsere Produkte oder melden Wünsche an. Diese
Informationen werden im Headoffice kanalisiert und analysiert. Häufig
vorgetragene Wünsche werden in die Planung „Bedarfsoptimierung“
und Produktplankonzeption zur Entwicklung gereicht. An dieser Stelle
wird unsere Leidenschaft zur Mission der Weltmarke VICTOR! All the
needs and demands of our badminton players and our costumers are
transferred through the retailer, giving our engineers direct objectives to
work on. These objectives are analysed through a ”product development
or improvement programme”. At this moment our passion for our products
are directly converted into our mission to keep VICTOR a world
leading premium brand.
2. PLAN-, BUDGETERSTELLUNG UND PRODUKTENTWICKLUNG
BUDGET AND STRATEGY PLANS
Zuerst werden die Absatzmöglichkeiten, die Konkurrenzprognosen und
die potentiellen Budgets der Entwicklung, der Herstellung und des Gesamtmarketings
zusammengetragen. Erst dann entstehen die ersten
handgearbeiteten „Dummies”. Firstly, our operating budget is directly
depending on the market opportunities, market obstacles and our competitor’s
actions within the market. After analysing all these elements, a
clear marketing strategy can be drawn up. Only then do we start developing
and producing our equipment.
3. TESTEN, CHECKEN, EVALUIEREN TESTS AND EVALUATIONS
Um eine objektive Aussage über die Marktfähigkeit unserer
VICTOR-Produkte zu treffen, ist es wichtig, ein Feedback über Pilotprojekte
(Dummies) zu bekommen. VICTOR sponsert über 100 Topsportler
bis zur Nr. 1 der Welt (Tai Tzu Ying, WS 01I2018), die sich vertraglich verpflichtet
haben, kontinuierlich unsere Produkte zu testen. Sogenannte
“Blind-Tests” mit unmarkierten Federbällen oder schwarzen undesignten
Rackets führen zu wirklich aussagefähigen Testergebnissen. Wir
haben permanent progressive Innovationen, von denen nur ein Bruchteil
in die Endauswahl kommt. Somit findest du immer neue Patente und
Innovationen in unserem Katalog. Our main challenge and mission is
definitely the continuous testing, checking and evaluation of our test products
and then obtaining an objective report on them. VICTOR sponsors
more than 200 top players worldwide. All players are obliged in their contract
to permanently test our progressive and innovative supply of new
products. In the end, only a very limited selection will survive this procedure.
And only a very limited product line will be shown in the catalogue.
4. PRODUKTION UND DESIGN PRODUCTION – ISO 9001
VICTOR RACKETS LTD ist mit über 1.200 Mitarbeitern eine der größten
Shuttle- und Racketfabriken der Welt. Die Produktion von ausschließlich
gut ausgebildeten Fachkräften ist progressiv, unterliegt dynamischem
KVP (Kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse) innerhalb der
Produktionsabläufe und prozessorientierter Qualitätskontrolle während
und nach jedem Vorgang. Die Produktion ist nach europäischem Standard
(jährlich erneuert) ISO 9001 zertifiziert. Sie erlaubt fließende Optimierungen
und die blitzartige Korrektur bei potentiellen Kritikpunkten,
sei es im Design oder in der Qualität des Materials. VICTOR Rackets
LTD is one of the oldest, most experienced and largest shuttle and racket
factories worldwide with over 1,200 well trained employees. Our factory
is registered ISO 9001 under European standard. Quality evaluation takes
place during every step of the production phase with improvements
being made continuously and any corrections dealt with immediately.
5. ENDKONTROLLE FINAL CHECK AND SCANNING
Mittlerweile wird fast jedes Produkt, zum Beispiel Schläger, individuell
nummeriert und mit einem unter der Lackoberfläche per Laser aufgetragenen
Einzigartigkeits-Monogram (RFID-Chip) individualisiert.
Stichproben- und Willkürtests werden kontinuierlich durchgeführt.
Endkontrollenchecks bei jedem einzelnen Produkt sind notwendig,
bevor der Schläger verpackt zum Händler und damit zum zufriedenen
Endverbraucher gelangen kann. Each and every racket is checked
and comprehensively tested. Each racket is individualised by a
single number which is inscribed by laser underneath the paint. Each
and every product is analysed before it begins its journey through the
retailer to the end consumer. Improving procedures and continuously
reducing numbers of complaints make every racket a perfect industrial
creation of a premium brand, fulfilling the high expectations
of our players and enhancing consumer satisfaction and loyalty with
brand VICTOR.
