of PLEASANT POINT. Only 19kms west of<br />

Timaru on SH8, this quaint country town has a<br />

population of close to 1300 and is considered<br />

the service centre for the surrounding farming<br />

Only a few kms away at Waitohi visitors can<br />

also visit the Richard Pearse Monument, which<br />

marks the spot where he became airborne.<br />

Magnolia Cottage is a self contained one<br />

bedroom cottage in a private setting just minutes<br />

from Pleasant Point, South Canterbury. The<br />

bedroom has a queen sized bed with linen and<br />

bedding provided. The living/dining area has a<br />

lounge suite with pull out bed to accommodate<br />
