The ancient oak woods of more than 40 hectares located at 700 meters in the<br />
hills of Barbischio in Gaiole in Chianti host our breeding farm of Cinta Senese.<br />
Here the animals live outdoors in a wooded environment of great naturalistic<br />
value. Cipressi in Chianti company is born in Radda in Chianti, a medieval<br />
village renowned for the production of Chianti Classico wine and finds its ethical<br />
and professional foundation in the tradition of Tuscan crafts. The activity starts<br />
in a small place close to the ancient medieval walls of Radda in Chianti, located<br />
in Viale Venti Settembre. In this building we work the meat of our free range pigs.<br />
