The Village of Homer<br />
Glen will bring four days<br />
of food, fun and fireworks<br />
to the Homer Community.<br />
Celebrating the arrival of<br />
summer, the 2019 Homer<br />
Community Festival will<br />
take place June 20-23, at<br />
the Village’s new Heritage<br />
Park.<br />
All Around Amusements<br />
will return with rides to<br />
thrill and excite those of all<br />
ages. Mega Passes, for unlimited<br />
carnival rides for<br />
the duration of the event,<br />
will go on sale June 3 for<br />
$55. Passes can be purchased<br />
at the Homer Glen<br />
Village Hall until June 19.<br />
Major credit cards will be<br />
accepted. Starting June 20,<br />
Mega Passes will be available<br />
at the festival for $65.<br />

Liquors, the “Magic in the<br />
Sky with Diamonds” fireworks<br />
display will help<br />
kick off the festival on<br />
Thursday evening. The<br />
display, which will be choreographed<br />
to the music<br />
of The Beatles, will begin<br />
at 9:30 p.m. Families are<br />
invited to arrive early and<br />
enjoy a magic show at 7<br />
p.m. from Mr. D’s Magic<br />
and Illusions.<br />

groups serving in the tent<br />
will appreciate charitable<br />
tip-donations.<br />
