A former member of the O’Dowd Board of Regents,
Glaub was instrumental in moving O’Dowd towards
the President-Principal governance model, adopted
in 2005, that has allowed the school to flourish.
She and her family have also financially supported
O’Dowd over the years, making gifts to both the
Annual Fund and specific program and building
campaigns.
During her professional career, Glaub shaped business
and financing strategy for an assortment of
biotech startup companies, played a pivotal role in
product development programs for life-changing
drugs, and negotiated transformational multimillion
dollar partnership and buyout deals.
“This is a unique point in your lifetime because you
stand at the threshold where nothing is impossible,
where all doors are open, and any path is still an
option,” Glaub said.
