Rishabh Gandhi<br />

An Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of<br />

Maharashtra & Goa, a former Trial Court Judge and<br />

academician at heart, Rishabh Gandhi is the<br />

Managing Partner at RGAA. He is an Arbitrator and a<br />

Mediator associated with Mediation and Conciliation<br />

Project Committee of the Supreme Court of <strong>In</strong>dia. He<br />

has completed his Master’s degree in <strong>Law</strong> from Pune<br />

University, wherein he efficaciously bagged a Gold<br />

Medal and a Fellowship from Maharashtra State<br />

Education Board. Further, pursuing a Diploma in<br />

Cyber <strong>Law</strong>s and a Post Graduate Diploma in IPR <strong>Law</strong>s<br />

has added an extra plus to his legal proficiency. His<br />

extraordinary academic and extracurricular<br />

performance was appreciated and felicitated by<br />

Hon’ble Vilasrao Deshmukh – former Chief Minister<br />

of Maharashtra.<br />

He read <strong>Law</strong> at the chambers of Hon’ble Dr. D. Y.<br />

Chandrachud – former Bombay High Court Judge<br />

and Fox Mandal Little and Co., Mumbai. <strong>In</strong>itially, he<br />

was a Junior Advocate at the <strong>Law</strong> Chambers of Karnik<br />

and Karnik Advocates, Pune and Associate Advocate<br />

at the J. S. Wad and Co. He has been visiting professor<br />

of law at ILS <strong>Law</strong> College, and D.E.S. (Fergusson) <strong>Law</strong><br />

College and Department of <strong>Law</strong> – Savitribai Phule<br />

Pune University, in Pune, to ignite the young minds<br />

with his legal expertise and wide-ranging<br />

experience.<br />

Rishabh has presented and published research<br />

papers and articles on multifarious legal issues at<br />

various national and international Journals and<br />

Seminars. He is a member and associate of Pune Bar<br />

Association, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce<br />

<strong>In</strong>dustries and Agriculture, Bhandarkar <strong>In</strong>stitute of<br />

Oriental Research, Shri Mahavir Jain Vidyalaya and<br />

Young <strong>In</strong>ternational Council for Commercial<br />

Arbitration. Being a Panelist Judge for Jan-lok Adalat<br />

at National Commission for Women’s Rights plays a<br />

vital role in his success journey. He has been a Legal<br />

Advisor for companies belonging to diversified<br />

industries alongside advising venture capitalists on<br />

complex Private Equity transactions, led Mergers<br />

and Acquisitions, and conducted Corporate<br />

Restructuring of several companies.<br />
