He has extensively worked on matters relating to Corporate and commercial laws, Forex, start-up/angel funding, Private Equity/VC Transactions, acquisitions, structure debts, Joint ventures, mergers, de-mergers, representations in NCLTs for IBC matters, M&A and O&M matters, and all kinds of business re-structuring, cross border investments, and capital markets. Firm’s view on the gap between Law Formulation and Law Enforcement We have fantastic laws, but poor enforcement continues to be cause of concern. The justice delayed is denied. Enforcement agencies need to think like a person who does the offence / crime, but act within the law. To make this all work, it is essential that a robust legal framework exists that allows law enforcement officials to work effectively and efficiently.
