In terms of fertility health though, did you know that half a year could make a huge difference in your chances of a healthy, thriving pregnancy? That’s right! Experts believe that women should start to look after their bodies at least six months before even getting pregnant. This includes daily intake of folic acid, quitting any bad habits, taking in a more nutritious diet, getting proper exercise, having an ideal body mass index, etc. In our issue this month, we also happen to cover an article on this very issue, titled “Why you need to get healthy before your conceive.” If you’re intending to get pregnant, we hope this piece will be of help to you!
