EXCERCISING RELAXES AND MAKES YOU HAPPIER Jokes aside, exercising will help you release or produce endorphins, serotonins and norepinephrines which, long story short, will relax you and make you happier. And, what if I told you, you don’t have to spend two hours at the gym everyday to get started but just by waking up 20 minutes earlier you can start with a 10-minute workout (I’ll tell you how shortly). So why wake up 20 minutes earlier if I only need 10? As you know, leaving 10 minutes earlier can save you up to 20-30 minutes in traffic, relieving you from the stress and anxiety that being late will cause to you and, these 2 things combined will pump up your energy and boost your mood through the day. I don’t say it will be easy but give it a try this month and wait for the next Life & Health edition where we will talk how some small shifts on what you eat can also boost your mood.
