Pathways Issue 1- August 2019

Not a long time ago in an awesome workplace,
not so far away… two project managers -a team
lead and a recent hire-, sat down to discuss
about projects (of course) and also ways to
improve communication in their department,
when a marvelous idea came across their
paths: To write about project management
news and updates, best practices for engaging,
motivating and inspiring others, hilarious jokes,
random interesting stuff and surprising advice
on wellness, life style and health among other
interesting facts. But the main question was,
what could be the best possible way to bring all
this information together?
After several days of brainstorm, a great idea
arose: to create an electronic issue, with a
monthly release to consolidate different
articles and news with a fresh modern yet
professional look.
And it was our story, the story about an idea
that became a reality with the release of this
first Pathways issue.
So, why Pathways?, you may ask... and the
answer is simple, it conceptualizes our vision:
to make each and every article and news within
this release a pathway. Here you will find
different pathways of communication: a
convenient pathway to learn, a modern
pathway to explore and open our minds to a
new collaborative, fun and professional way of
sharing information, always looking forward to
the future and more pathways to come.
Pathways pretends to compile information,
articles and infographics that will be gathered
and released on a monthly issue for you to
enjoy and make it your own. So whatever
interests you may have, we truly believe here
you will find the right pathway to gain more
insight about it.
We are excited about this new journey! And
remember that we are all on the same pathway
together.
