Ò Rosalina Bolor Lay<br />

Rose is from Abra. She is married <strong>to</strong> a loving <strong>and</strong> supportive husb<strong>and</strong> Engr Collins<br />

Lay <strong>and</strong> is blessed with 3 children, Juliet Princena, Laila White <strong>and</strong> Alaister. She<br />

also enjoys the love of her 7 gr<strong>and</strong>kids, Joshua, Jerika, Jade, Kayla, Ethan, Laden<br />

<strong>and</strong> Angelina.<br />

Rose experienced running for Councilor for Campbel<strong>to</strong>wn Council <strong>and</strong> presently she<br />

is the President of Filipino Womens Support Group Macarthur, <strong>and</strong> past President<br />

of Concerned Citizens for over 50’s. She is the owner/direc<strong>to</strong>r of PCR Park Central<br />

Realty for 20 years.<br />

Rose is currently a Direc<strong>to</strong>r <strong>and</strong> Silver Legacy Supporter of Narra Co-op Ltd.<br />

Ò Rose Larriego<br />

Rose Larriego is a mother of a lovely son. She was born in Toledo Cebu City,<br />

Philippines. She went <strong>to</strong> Talavera Elementary Public School <strong>and</strong> Matab-ang Barangay<br />

High School. She <strong>to</strong>ok up nursing at the University of Visayas. In the Philippines, she<br />

worked at Gazini Department S<strong>to</strong>re in Cebu City as a sales lady.<br />

She migrated <strong>to</strong> Australia in 1984 <strong>and</strong> <strong>to</strong>ok up courses in Nursing, Security, IT <strong>and</strong><br />

Food Management. Rose is a multi-skilled lady. She worked at the Hil<strong>to</strong>n Hotel <strong>and</strong><br />

Intercontinental Hotel as a housekeeping attendant, <strong>and</strong> laudry assiatant at Black<strong>to</strong>wn<br />

Laundrymat.<br />

She worked as an assistant in nursing at Our Lady of Lore<strong>to</strong> Nursing School, St.Joachim<br />

Nursing Home, Harris Park Nursing home, Ch<strong>and</strong>os Nursing Home, <strong>and</strong> Bethel Nursing<br />

Home. She also worked part time as a baker at Arndell park <strong>and</strong> as a security officer at<br />

Downunder Security Company <strong>and</strong> Aces Security Company.<br />

Rose enjoy walking, dancing,fishing,gardening,camping,travelling, <strong>and</strong> her passion is<br />

cooking.<br />

Marites Idea Novis walks the talk with faith, grace, <strong>and</strong> glamour. In July 2000, Marites founded a familyowned<br />

Philippine-based company Quezon First Engineering at a young age of 29. Since then she managed the<br />

business <strong>and</strong> has attained exposure <strong>to</strong> general construction as finance <strong>and</strong> logistic manager <strong>and</strong> has mastered the<br />

expertise of a property strategist. In addition <strong>to</strong> her role as business owner, Marites is a devoted <strong>and</strong> caring mother,<br />

sister <strong>and</strong> daughter.<br />

Quezon First Engineering became a persevering force <strong>and</strong> a coming <strong>to</strong>gether of fully committed <strong>and</strong> well-experienced<br />

professional engineers <strong>and</strong> architects. The company became a breakthrough of trustworthy services which include<br />

designing, consulting <strong>and</strong> building for the growing general construction industry in the advent of the new millennium.<br />

For almost 18 years managing her owned first company, Marites knew she has a lot <strong>to</strong> offer in the<br />

industry so she <strong>and</strong> her husb<strong>and</strong>, Engr. Gerard Francis Novis migrated <strong>to</strong> Australia <strong>and</strong> they<br />

Investment Group on Oc<strong>to</strong>ber 2017.<br />

Hollywood <strong>and</strong> International Fashion Designer Rocky Gathercole. MFN Productions is a conglomeration of competent<br />

pho<strong>to</strong>graphers, keen scriptwriters, <strong>and</strong> sensible event organizers.<br />

While successfully managing Qfirst Property Investment Group, Marites dedicates her time <strong>and</strong> effort in guiding <strong>and</strong> advising<br />

her clients on strategies of achieving their financial goals through property investment while at the same time producing <strong>and</strong><br />

aiming for high quality shows <strong>to</strong> further strengthen business partnerships, interracial community relationships, fashion <strong>and</strong> beauty<br />

exhibitions.<br />
