2019 Tribute to Mothers and Fathers [alternate cover]

MESSAGE
It is with great honor and pleasure to welcome you all to the Annual Tribute
to Fathers and Mothers. This is a very symbolic event where the Filipino-
Australian community acknowledges this year parents and grandparents who
have shown their love and appreciation of their families and who continue
to harmoniously integrate in the Australian multiculutural society. Fathers,
mothers and grandparents play important roles in bringing up the new
generation without losing our Filipino traditional and cultural heritage.
The 2019 Tribute to Fathers and Mothers organised by Plaza Filipino, NARRA
Co-op, and Global Ilocanos Australia recognises the great contributions
of parents to their families and to the Australian society as a whole. The officers and members of these
Filipino Australian organisations are very proud of the achievements of this year’s Fathers and Mothers.
I also would like to thank all my fellow officers and members of Plaza Filipino Inc. NARRA Co-op Ltd. for
their generous time and efforts in making this event a success. Special mention to our NARRA Founding
President Dr. Jaime Lopez for his unselfish and heartful support.
Lastly, I would like to extend my gratitude to all our donors, sponsors, our special guests and performers for
their kind support in making this event a meaningful and successful ocassion to remember.

The yearly “Mother & Father of the Year” event hosted by Narra
Cooperative Ltd , Plaza Filipino Inc and Global Ilocanos Australia
Inc have been always a great success. May I take this opportunity
to congratulate and wholeheartedly extend our gratitude to all who
willingly, enthusiastically shared, contributed and devoted their
time to make the event a great success.
The achievement of the unified members and most of all the
coordinating officers, advisers and volunteers is nonetheless
worthless. Without you, we would not had been able to achieve our goals to relay the
services we envisioned to render, share to the wider and multicultural community we are
living.
I am very proud of the achievements of NARRA Co-op Ltd, Plaza Fiipino and Global Ilocanos
Australia and once again, my heartfelt thanks to all honorees and in pursuit for greater
success, let us all make our community greater harmoniously with faith to one another and to
the guidance and blessings of God.
